Welcome to The Loan Solution ("we", "our", "us", or the "Company"). By accessing or using our website www.theloansolution.in, mobile application or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Your continued use shall constitute deemed acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

The Loan Solution is a financial-services intermediary that helps users compare and apply for loan, insurance and investment products from various Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), insurance companies and asset management companies (collectively, "Partner Institutions") with whom we have business arrangements.

We are NOT a bank, NBFC or insurance company. We do not lend money or underwrite insurance ourselves. All credit, insurance and investment decisions are made solely by the respective Partner Institutions based on their internal eligibility criteria.

Our role is limited to facilitation, lead generation, document collection and customer support. We may receive a commission, referral fee or marketing fee from Partner Institutions on successful disbursement or policy issuance.

To use our services, you must (a) be at least 18 years of age, (b) be a resident citizen of India, (c) possess a valid PAN and Aadhaar, and (d) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity (such as a partnership firm, LLP, company or HUF), you represent that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when filling out any application, contact or lead-capture form on our Platform, and to update such information as needed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, OTPs and account information. You shall be liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in (a) rejection of your application, (b) termination of your account, and (c) reporting to credit bureaus, law-enforcement and/or financial regulators.

A submission on our Platform does not guarantee approval of any loan, insurance policy or investment product. Approval, interest rate, loan amount, tenure, premium and final terms are at the sole discretion of the Partner Institution.

Rates, fees, charges, eligibility criteria and offers displayed on our Platform are indicative only, sourced from publicly available information or Partner Institutions, and may change without notice.

Our services to end-customers are generally FREE. We do not charge any fee for matching you with lenders, insurers or fund houses.

However, the Partner Institution may levy its own processing fees, prepayment charges, premiums, stamp duties, GST and other statutory charges. These are payable directly to the Partner Institution as per their terms.

In limited cases (such as premium personalised advisory services or balance-transfer assistance), we may charge a nominal advisory fee, which will be disclosed and agreed to by you in writing in advance.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, code, and the "The Loan Solution" brand — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, scrape, frame or create derivative works of any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You agree NOT to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our systems; (c) introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code; (d) impersonate any other person; (e) use automated bots, scrapers or crawlers; (f) infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy right; or (g) use the Platform in a manner that damages, disables or impairs its functionality.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products or services (e.g., bank websites, payment gateways, credit-bureau portals). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of such third-party properties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

Information shared on our blog, calculators, CIBIL checker and chatbot is for general informational purposes only and does NOT constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) or the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees and Partner Institutions from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any false or misleading information submitted by you.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, including for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, Partner Institutions or the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The language of arbitration shall be English.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page along with the new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
